variable product select box not displaying correctly

  • running the latest version of woocommerce. variable products with attributes dont display correctly – select something from the drop down and the price changes but the selector still shows the old attribute.

    possibly related to an outdated js uniform file?

    anyone else had this problem and fixed it? i tried a jquery manager plugin but it didnt help
