  • Hi @raviamazingindia

I noticed that this is happening with a few other products also such as this one. As you mentioned, it seems to be happening with only the variable products.

As a first step we recommend that please double check if the variations are set correctly. Here’s the documentation that you may find useful: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

Secondly, can you please clarify what is the “RM” prefix about? Is it meant to indicate some currency? By any chance is it a custom prefix created?

Please share a screenshot of your shop currency settings by going to: WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency Options We recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

You can read more on setting the store currency here:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/shop-currency/#section-1

Additionally, in your response please include a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks

Before all the variations were working fine, recently they have this issue. When we see the product link every thisng is fine. The regulart price and discount price. once added to the cart and go to cart the product shows price 0.

Please try to add this product to cart and check the cart page, you will understand the issue I am facing. https://amazingindia.com.my/product/fashion/jewellery/chokers-set/new-meena-work-beads-choker-set

    RM is curreny of Malaysia.

    Hello,

As you mentioned, the price is showing RM 0.00. (Malaysian ringgit 0.00?)

That’s odd, you can run a conflict test to check if it solves the issue:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Go to the product page, add it to cart again, check if the issue persists

If the issue is not present then it means there was a conflict. At this point, you can reactivate the theme and plugins gradually (one by one, and check again after each reactivation) until the cause of the issue is found You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If that does not work please provide the information requested by Margaret earlier:

    — System status report
    — Screenshot of your currency settings.

    Thanks.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread closed – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
