'Variable Product' option in WooCommerce not working in front end of web shop.

I see the variations in the source and they are fine, however, the dropdowns are empty. I think there may be an old variation template file present.

Just a quick note, have you tried updating to the latest version of Avada? They’re on 3.9.3 now and Templates section in your changelog seem to indicate the overrides are pretty out of date…
