For some reason the stock quantities on selected products with variations are not syncing.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Square!
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Also, can you please check if SKUs are added to these variations?
If you enable Square sync in WooCommerce > Settings > Square and initiate another sync, do you see these variations in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > choose square
logs for a date when you initiated the sync.
