Variable product issues in "New Order" email

  • I recently updated all of the “simple products” on one of my sites to “variable products”.

    Each variable product has a “Quantity” variation with the option to select “TWO (2) seeds” OR “SIX (6) seeds”. Each variation has it’s own price as well.

    A New Order email came through yesterday with 6 different products purchased.

    4 of the products that were purchased show the “Quantity” variation that was selected. In this case, “SIX (6) seeds”.

    2 of the products DO NOT show the “Quantity” variation that was selected. But, I know that “TWO (2) seeds” was selected for those two products based on the price that shows next to the product in the New Order email.

    Anyone else having an issue like this?

  • YES. I am having the same issue. The variable product has 4 criteria the customer selects, and the fourth criteria is not visible in the new order confirmation e-mail sent to the store owner because the “Item#” (SKU) is on the same line, and truncates the character. Not cool!
