    Hi,

I′m currently adding some variable products to our shop. This works fine, but in the order confirmation mail is the specific information, what product variation was bought, missing.

Is there an option to set? Or some code to add?

We want to give our customers the complete information, what product they ordered.

    Best wishes,
    Bettina

  • I am having a similar issue – the variable product detail does not show on the authorize.net receipt sent to my admin person so that she can fullfil the order

Can you please Expand the variables in the backend for the Variable product and take a screenshot. Post the link to that image here? Use something like imgur or alike to upload but don’t show any personal information.

In the meantime, make sure that the product is not only configured as a variable but that you’ve also checked the box “use for variations” in the Attributes section of the product.

This is a genesis / child theme specific problem. We′ve tested this with two other not genesis themes and everything is ok.

Has someone any ideas how to handle this with genesis?

It might be best to contact the makers of the theme in order to rectify the issue. They may have an appropriate snippet that will work easily with their theme.
