Variable Product – Impossible to set-up “Price” (“General” section disappear on)

Hi everyone,
I’m having huge issues on solving a problem when I set-up my product as a “Variable Product”.

When “Single Product” is selected I can see and edit all the product details.
When “Variable Product” is selected, the voice “General” (where you should write the price) disappears and makes impossible to set-up the item.

I already tried to deactivate all plugins, update the theme and WooCommerce and all tips I found on the blog and online but nothing really works.
Do you have any suggestion?
