    Hi,
I’m using WooCommerce and I have a lot of variable products in my store.
For each variation I set up a different image (i.e. with different colors).
But since the recent updates to WC (maybe not the last one but the one before) I’m facing a REALLY important issue.

In product page when I change the variation of the product (i.e. I change from White T-shirt to Blue Tshirt), the main image is not changing. It was working fine till a week ago and this is extremely important for customers when deciding to buy.

Do you know how to solve this or if an update is coming shortly to solve this problem?

PS: I’ve already tried to deactivate a lot of plugins which may concur in product page (as Swatches Variations, Stripe Gateway, WP-Optimize) but the problem continues.

    Many thanks,
    Francesco

  • Hello,

Since the issue started after updating WooCommerce, it’s likely caused by a conflict with your theme or another plugin. It could be a plugin that is unrelated to products.

To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Hi @maykato,
thanks for your reply. I followed your tips and deactivated all the plugins and reactivated one-by-one.

I found out the problem was caused by the plugin Imagify. Probably there is some conflict with last woocommerce update.
I will try to reach plugin support.

I mark this thread as solved, thanks.
    Francesco
