Hard to tell what you are doing wrong based on just that information. Something must be wrong in your code though.

Helping with custom code is a bit outside the scope of support we can provide here.

Is it permissible for other members to try and resolve? I have just been through this process with my own code and there are a few little anomalies not documented that take a bit of trial & error to resolve… imho.

And @caleb – Would it be possible for people like yourself, who (I think) are part of automattic to be flagged as such? Claudio & Mike come up as “Plugin Authors” while you come up as a “Member”.

    Just a thought…

Try looking at the variable product that you created through the rest api and see what is missing. Does it have attributes? Are there variations created? Does each variation have a price? Finding out what is missing can help give some guidance as to what is going wrong.

And then I’m just helping in the forums, not exactly a plugin author :). May be changing that soon so I can resolve threads, but still doesn’t indicate anything special. Just a volunteer of sorts, as is anybody else in the forums.

If you paste the code you use to create the variable product and the code that you use to create the data/params passed to that, I would be happy to take a look and see how it compares to my code.

@caleb My bad. From your profile I thought you were more ’embedded’.

No worries, and thanks for your help! Definitely welcomed. This is a community ??
