• Hello there,
I’m building my first woocommerce site.
The client is a tour operator and i’m using the Adventure Tours theme by themedelight.

The product page needs to show different prices for different ages (full price for adults, discount price for kids and infants travel for free).
I set that up with variable pricing, so far so good.
The issue is that as of now the user can only book the tour for one person at a time, choosing between the three price options, while he should be able to book the tour for any number of adults/kids/infants in one sitting.

I guess I need the form to display three dropdown menus from which the user can select number of adults, kids and infants they want to book the tour for but I have no idea how to do that, or how to set that up so it’s susceptible to the price variations.

    Any idea?

There are multiple ways to go about doing this.

    1) Use a Bookings plugin, which can account for times, days, resources, and people(you can charge different prices for persons). For your type of product offering, this is the easiest solution to configure.

    2) Use something like Gravity Forms and link it to a product, allowing you to create pretty complicated product signup forms.

    3) Create separate products for kids, adults, and infant tickets, then group them together into a Grouped product:
