Variable Pricing for Gift Certificates

We are using WooCommerce for a clients online shop. All their products are simple products except the gift certificate. We set it up as a variable product with pricing from $25-$200. Our client wants the purchaser to input the amount they want for the gift certificate. Is there a way to do this with WooCommerce? We’ve only had to do something like this with PayPal. Thank you!
