Variable Pricing

I wondered if you have different size/capacity rooms that rent for different amounts. If so how do you handle that?

We have a room that only seats 20 and it rents for a lot less than the room that seats 400.

Most of our amenities are available for use with a room but if we have an amenity that has a rental price do you have any idea how we might be able to throw that into the mix? I thought about calling it a room (with a price) and then making a package of the room and that amenity in a container.

We can also cover this by adding some copy explaining that the cost is an estimate and the final cost will have the amenities added.
