I am using the mystile theme. I upgraded my test site to the lastest woocommerce update 2.4. My variable prices in the store now come up as free on the product page but are fine in the checkout page. I only used numerical values no “$” or other values for prices and I priced each variable. I am using Canadian dollars if that changes anything. I would appreciate any ideas how I can fix this. I am stumped. I tried updating permalinks and changing themes but that did not seem to help. I also tried updating the themework and updating the theme files that woocommerce identified as outdated. That did not help either.

  • OK I’ll try re-saving the product and check if it rectifies the issue. Thanks for all the help ??

Yup re-saving the product did the trick. Thanks Mike. I’ll be waiting for 2.4.2 push to upgrade my live store.

    Cheers!

update worked for me. Thank you for the quick response

I had the free products problem as well. Updating the database didn’t work, and I have too many products to go back and re-save each one. I’ve backed this change out for now and will wait until its completely fixed before I upgrade.

I just updated the woocommerce this morning and having this issue of my products with variations that are out of stock coming up Free! where there should be a price. How do I fix this?

@sozo3 This will be resolved in .2

Ok, thanks. When does that come out?

We’re working on it, so today likely.

I have the same issue, but it seems a little more complicated because I have variable products.

The product add to cart button is missing and the following message displayed: Sorry, this product is unavailable. Please choose a different combination.

In the admin when viewing the variations tab, I get this error Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-ajax.php on line 2422

I notice that all of my variation IDs and details are showing in the admin, but the attributes fail to display for each variation, so I can not tell which of the variation IDs is Medium/Red or Small/Black. Those fields simply are not displaying. Each variation shows to be enabled, in stock and have prices.

Thanks for your quick work on this!

Can you explain how this changes the way woocommerce interacts with variations? My programmatically added variations no longer register the pricing on products.

    2.4.2 fixed it! Thanks! ??

No change for me. Was there to be a DB updater for this release too?
