Variable price within the same item??

I am selling t-shirts and need to add $2.00 per shirt for sizes 2X and 3X. Is there any way to do that without creating a separate item for 2X/3X sizes? In other words, can I keep all sizes in the same shortcode and charge $15.00 for sizes S-XL and $17.00 for 2X and 3X?
