    Hi there,

I was wondering if it is possible to put a picture on my wordpress page and if someone (e.g.) from UK clicks on it then amazon.co.uk/… will open but if someone from the States clicks on it then it will open an amazon.com/…. link. Is this possible???

I want to define the link destination but they should depend on the country of origin of the user.

Thanks a lot in advance for all who are trying to help

You can use the user’s ip address to find their country of origin but from the little bit I know you need to use a service to get the list of IPs.

    Hi bungeebones,

thanks for your reply. I am aware of the fact that the IP address determines where the user comes from but how can I make sure that depending on the IP-Adress a different link will open?

Or at least: It should show a different advertising (that I define) depending in the users IP-area (country).

Thanks to all who try to help!
