Variable for courier tracking link is not available in the plugin

  • We have created a WhatsApp message template for order tracking in our Meta WhatsApp account. This template includes a dynamic call-to-action button linked to the courier tracking page. However, the message is not working because the WC messaging plugin does not have a variable for the courier tracking link.

    I kindly request you to add a variable for the courier tracking link in the WC messaging plugin so that the message can be properly configured and activated.

    Currently, WC Messaging does not support call-to-action buttons in templates. You will need to use message templates without call-to-action buttons for now. However, we will be adding this feature very soon. Please keep an eye on our changelog in upcoming versions for updates. We’ll keep this thread open until the feature is included.
    We continuously add new features based on user requirements, so thank you for suggesting this one.
