    Hi there @mehdinajaran,

    Thank you for reaching out!

Could you please clarify the issue you encountered? For example:

    – If you see an error, could you copy/paste it in your reply?
    – Do you see any issues when viewing the product in the front-end?
    – Are your changes perhaps not saved?

You can find a guide on how to correctly set up your Variable Products here: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/. One thing to look out for is that all Variations should have a price set.

    Looking forward to your reply!

Until a few days ago it was no problem
And even users have bought that product.

In a few days, some products will automatically reset the variable field

1- It does not give an error!
    2- The product is non-existent
3- They have been stored correctly before I published the product

    Hi @mehdinajaran

Do you remember making any changes before the issue started such as updating or installing any plugins?

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

You may test this out on a staging site using a plugin like WP Staging.

If the conflict test doesn’t lead to the cause of this unusual behavior, then please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can get a better idea of your setup.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

I only updated WordPress and WooCommerce

    Hi @mehdinajaran

    Thanks for letting us know.

Please test for conflicts as explained above.

If that doesn’t help get to the root of the problem then please share the System Status report as explained above.

    Thanks

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
