Hi, You helped me yesterday. Thank you again. Two questions:

    1. Can I designate one variable to be displayed in the drop down by default? I’d like for the first option in this screen shot to always be displayed in the size attribute unless a customer changes it.

    2. When I click on a thumbnail under the main picture, that image is displayed as the main. Can I do something to enable the displayed variable in the drop down option box to correspond with the image that someone selects? This Screen Shot shows what a customer sees when they click on a thumbnail, in this case, the second from the right. Also, unless something is selected in both front-end option boxes, the image doesn’t change.

You can see what I mean here.

    Hello,

    1. Yes, that is the WooCommerce function not my plugin. check https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/#manually-adding-a-variation

    2. That is a Pro version feature.

    Hope this helps.

If your issue is solved please close this ticket.

    Cheers,
    David

Ok thanks. The images above were in Chrome. What’s going on in Edge? screen shot

I think that was vague, sorry. What I mean is, the option drop-downs aren’t appearing in Edge as they are in Chrome. Each of the variations are marked “in-stock”.

    Hi,

My plugin has no actions on the dropdowns.

    I only handle the gallery.

    Cheers,
    David

It all worked until you went into my site and changed something about those very items so that your plug-in would work. Now if you would please be so kind as to attend to this problem you created for me, I would be grateful.

    Hi,

I did not create any issue. And as I explained on the email we exchanged all I did was turn off that theme option that replaces the variation drop downs into labels (and this theme option is the problem not my plugin).

If the they are not showing up on edge you should contact the theme developer about that issue or review the product options(is it exclusive to that product? Than you might be missing something on the product)

You just have to turn it back on as showed on the screen shoot sent.

    Hope I have explained myself.

    Cheers,
    David
