• The configurator is the perfect solution to what we need, and we are very happy with it so far. I have a problem though, and need some help. Our product allows the customer to create an outfit by selecting the different parts in the configurator. At the end, when they pay, we want to send them the pdf patterns so they can print it and make it. Each part of the outfit has its own pdf. So in the end the customer may need several pdf files. How do I set that up? Does each part of the outfit need to be its own product? We love the configurator because customers can see what it looks like as they pick the parts of the outfit.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi there,

Does each part of the outfit need to be its own product?

    At the moment, yes.
This can be done using the Stock management / linked product add-on.

You can see an example of such a setup on https://puffandpencil.com/kjoledesigner/, which also allows people to download PDF patterns.

If you want more info about this, please send your questions on https://wc-product-configurator.com/contact/, as this is a premium product for which support isn’t permitted here.

Thanks, I do need a bit more help with this. Thanks for responding and I will send me question to where you directed me. I have seen that puff and pencil site and contacted the owner too, as that is just like what we are trying to set up.
    Thank you
    Monica
