Variable codes and Approve mail

Greetings,

I’m trying to figure out how to re-create the pay-link that is automatically created within the approved e-mail template of the plugin which says “Pay now” and looks like this :

/order-pay/numbers/?pay_for_order=true&key=wc_order_random numbers and letters

Now, for the numbers I figured out that the woocommerce variable {order_number} is working and it finds it no problem. But what variable defines the letters and numbers after wc_order?

Also, how to edit and change the text, like the button “Pay now” into something else through the php template? Or is that impossible?
