variable price and bedroom/bathroom values

  • The link I included is to a test unit I have put up for rent. This condo/apartment has a variety of different models with different prices broken down for each model (listed under the Floorplan section). Specifically this building has 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and 4 bedrooms models all with 2 bathrooms. The price of each model varies depending on the unit and is listed accordingly.

    As you can see, my link shows 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with only one price listed and this is misleading. Is there a way to show a variable price, bedroom, and bathroom count? For example $575-744/mo, 2-4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms instead of $744/mo, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

    If so, can you please tell me what files I need to edit or what configuration I need to change to allow this? Thank you.

  • Do no show price, bedrooms and bathrooms in the main listing. You can show prices according to bedrooms and bathrooms in Floor plan.

    Thank you for this suggestion, however, removing the price bedrooms and bathrooms from the main listing now produces the “call for price” option for those listings on the front end. Is there something else I need to change that I am missing?

    You can mention in content about different pricing with different options. It will help in search results and mention where to find pricing.

    I am sorry but I do not understand what you have stated. Where do I go exactly or what do I have to do to show variable pricing? It sounds like this is NOT availavke or NOT an option with this plugin, correct?

    If it is possible, can you please explain how I need to do this? I need to present to a client tomorrow and this is a request that is a requirement for him moving forward, so I would like to know if this is possible or if I need to find another plugin. Thank you.

    You should use the hotel room booking plugin. Because you have multiple pricing at a single address. Might be that can help you. I am not developer, I am a digital marketing expert with 12+ years experience and I am using the same theme for my current project.

    @jsgofficespace thank you for that information. I was hoping to use the essential real estate plugin still for this. I searched for what you mentioned and a few plugins came up, but i did not see one affiliated with Essential Real Estate or one that allowed the two to integrate.

    Is there a way to get ahold of the developers?

    This plugin does not support what you want. I think you can create different properties for each bedroom/bathroom and price.
