Vanishing Menus (Again)

  • Seems this is an old problem that has resurfaced in WordPress.

    The Problem?
    After adding pages to my main menu and updating my changes, my navigation disappears from the WP menus page as if nothing had been added.

    What Have I Done?
    I’ve disabled all the plug-ins and recreated the problem successfully. I’ve also activated other themes (Twenty Fifteen) and recreated the problem successfully. I’ve also increased the max_input_vars from 1000 to 2500 and recreated the problem successfully.

    Any input is greatly appreciated?
