    Today our GenerateBlocks plugin completely stopped working and our site is losing functionality and design. We recently lost our site manager, and we do not have the GenerateBlocks key info to reach out to GenerateBlocks for support. The site manager likely bought the plugin with his own email, since our business email addresses are not being recognized when I attempt to log in to GenerateBlocks to sort this out. I suspect we need to re-purchase and install the plugin but we don’t want to risk losing all of our content style and structure. What is the best way to proceed?
