Today our GenerateBlocks plugin completely stopped working and our site is losing functionality and design. We recently lost our site manager, and we do not have the GenerateBlocks key info to reach out to GenerateBlocks for support. The site manager likely bought the plugin with his own email, since our business email addresses are not being recognized when I attempt to log in to GenerateBlocks to sort this out. I suspect we need to re-purchase and install the plugin but we don’t want to risk losing all of our content style and structure. What is the best way to proceed?

Hi there,

Just checked your site and it looks good, doesn’t seem like having the non-style issue. Have you already figured it out?

Just a note, the GenerateBlocks plugin is free, only the GenerateBlocks Pro plugin requires a license key.

Ying thank you for responding. So when I create a new post, the generate blocks left-side tool is completely gone. We are dependent on that for all of our design. There are various parts of the site where the formatting style has vanished. The buttons on the right are an example of that. If I go into GenerateBlocks Dashboard in the wp admin, it is saying appears as if we don’t have an account now. We are offered to “learn more.”

It looks like you are using the classic editor plugin, which disables the block editor.

Disable that plugin, it should get back to normal.
