    I have a question, I creat a form with dropdown field and check “multiple option select” in dropdown field, email sent to customer when i use smart tag {field_id=dropdown ID(with mutil choice} is not separated clearly, just by a space, is there any way to change it to comma , or –

    The way the options are appearing separately in your notification is not expected.

    For your reference, I recorded this screencast demonstrating how the options should be displayed in the notification email.

    If you’re not using any custom code to modify your notifications, please share the following details:

    • A screenshot from your settings under WPForms ? Settings ? Email (guide)
    • A screenshot from Settings ? Notifications within your form (guide)
    • Let me know if you’re using an SMTP plugin, and if so, which SMTP mailer you’re using (e.g., Google, Brevo, etc.).

    This information will help us better understand the issue you’re experiencing.

    If you’re using custom code to modify your form notification emails, I apologize, as such customizations are outside the scope of our support. If you’d like to explore custom development options, we highly recommend posting your customization job here.

    Thank you for your response and for sending me the demo. Actually, I don’t use any custom code to modify notifications.

    Im using Wp mail smtp Gmail,and here is my setup, whether it’s the classic template or any other template, it only displays the values in a single line.

    One more thing, if I use the smart tag {all_fields}, the values will appear on separate lines. The issue I’m facing is only with the smart tag {field_Id} with multi-select choice on the dropdown field.All plugins are the latest versions. Additionally, the dropdown field with multi-choice options also has issues when displayed on mobile versions, making it difficult to select by hand. You should try the dropdown field demo on your own website’s mobile version, and you will see that it has issues.

    I made manual modification to choice.js and css , I solved the problem, thanks again.
