Values in Checkbox not showing

Checkbox lists are not supported at this time.

You can create 4 separate checkboxes, or use a multi-select dropdown in the meantime.

I have tried both the import option and populating the Options field myself. I have tried to create the Multi-Select Dropdown.

The picklist options still do not appear.
Label appears with a blank picklist box.

I also tried typing in just one option to see if any text would show up and none did.

Please help!

P.S. Also, when I create a checkbox item, the checkbox appears already populated, or checked within the form. Thanks!

RE: checkbox – did you enter a value for your checkbox?

I had forgotten to enter the value 1, so checkbox issue is resolved.

Also, as a workaround, I was able to change the Multi-Select Dropdown to HTML and provide code for the list under Option.

This worked, but selecting the Single or Multi-Select Dropdown options still do not.

HTML fields don’t submit, so that’s not going to fix it for real…

Take a screenshot of the non functional picklist field (in the form editor) so I can hopefully tell you what you’re doing wrong.

Ok. What do you recommend using to separate the items in the list?
I have tried commas, returns and semi-colons in the Options column.

You can delete forms on the form editor screen (button at the bottom).

You can’t delete form #1 (or the plugin would break).

I have a Save Form button, but I do not see a Delete Form button…

It’s directly below the Save Form button and says “Delete this form” …
