    Hello.
I don’t understand how “Values count and output” works.
First of all, let me say I use “Hide out of stock products” in Woocommerce settings.
Now, I can’t combine filter by “product categories” and “filter by attributes”.
When I am using settings “All-non empty values are shown and use basic countings” + “Hide values without products”, all attributes are shown even those with only out of stock products. On the other hand product category filter shows only categories with in stock products.
When I tried other settings in “Values count and output” field., I can hide attributes with only out of stock products but then categories are hidden completely. – It seems that your filter considers all categories as empty then.
Basically I need to show only attributes with in stock products and the same for categories – show only categories that contain only in-stock products. I tried every option but it doesn’t work.

    Hello.
On a fresh new WP install it seems that it’s working correctly.
But I can’t find out why it doesn’t work on my other site…

Uff, solved by reinstalling the plugin.
