    Hi Tom,
Tnx for your plugin, I have a problem, after install and filled the settings fields I clicked on the test button, and on the picture, the data is in the right columns but all data are truncated to a maximum of 10 characters. Did you set this to see only the first ten characters for testing or is something not working properly?

    Hi @vartolomej,

Apologies – I should make this clearer – I truncate them just for the test data to present nicer and so as not to disclose too much personal data unnecessarily.

I shall add something that explains this in the next release.

Thanks for checking in though ??

I’ll mark this as resolved for now but would love to hear back if you get it all setup and working and also if you have any further questions,

    Thanks,

    Tom

Hi Tom, thank you for the quick response. I have a new problem, I set up your plugin, but from the external database that has about 41,000 users, I try login with 10 usernames with a password, 8 logins are ok but 2 logins have an error. Is it possible that the plugin did not pick up certain usernames and/or passwords perhaps due to a large amount of data

    Hey @vartolomej,

The plugin doesn’t migrate users automatically. When a user goes to login, it will then try to authenticate them using the external users.

It will then create that user in the WordPress database.

    Does this answer your question?
