Value of Checkbox not set

Do you mean the checkbox isn’t working at all or just not functioning within our “conditional tag”? If it’s the first case, I recommend posting it on the “Contact Form 7“ support thread. However, if the issue occurs within the conditional tag, we can investigate to see if it’s happening on our end.

the checkbox passes the value e.g. ‘Option 1’ only not in connection with the conditional tag. There is then an empty field in the mail. Without the conditional tag it works as usual. The problem has only existed since version 3.5.0 of Ultimate Addons for Contact Form 7.

Hi @morrowtoon – I hope you’re doing well! I noticed that the name of your field and the conditional wrapper are the same. To resolve this issue, could you please rename the checkbox field? Here’s how you can do it:

[checkbox checkbox-another-name use_label_element "Option 1" "Option 2" "Option 3"]
[conditional checkbox-666]
[text text-246]
[/conditional]

Note: After that make sure you have configured the conditions based on the field name

with this note it works, up to version 3.4.18 it also worked before. This is very annoying, as I now have to revise a lot of forms, or will it work again in a later version?
