The Brand (Dynamic Attribute) will only be there if you created a Brand attribute yourself. WooCommerce doesn’t have a brand field out-of-the box.

Should I delete that field if I’m not using it?

That doesn’t matter: if you leave it the plugin will just remove it from the product feeds when it finds no values for it.
