& value in URL is changing to #038;

    A plugin (LifterLMS) passes the value & in the password reset URL, but I have some trouble with Sendgrid activated. Sendgrid exchange & to #038; automatically. Is there a solution for this? I need it still to be &, otherwise the URL doesn’t work correctly.

    Hi, Maikel,

    Sorry for this late reply.
    As it turns out the Click tracking app we have cannot handle the & when enabled.

    At this point there are two solutions:
    1. Completely turn off the Click Tracking app from your SendGrid account, and all emails will have their links tracked.
    2. Turn of Click Tracking on a per link basis as described here.
