Good afternoon, I encountered the following problem: it shows the min quantity as 1 for all category pages except the first one.

If you enable endless loading of products in the product grid (in a category) or loading using the “Show more products” button, then all subsequent pages except the first one ignore the set minimum value in the product card. But, if you install page-by-page pagination, then all products in the product grid are displayed with the correct quantity, as in the card.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the Min-Max rules you have configured in the plugin?

Additionally, sharing the link to the website where you are using the plugin would be very helpful. This will enable us to quickly identify the issue and provide you with an appropriate update.

Thanks for the answer. I deployed a copy of the site on the test domain https://trade37.ru/shop/. The problem can be seen when going to page 2 (dynamically loaded). I filled in the minimum quantity only for some products – all products are on the first page, and on the second: 70016 – 70022.

    Hi,

Please let me know if I understand your question correctly.

From what I can see, you’ve set the minimum and maximum quantity rules on a per-product basis rather than applying them globally. If you set these values globally, they will be applied to all products.

I’ve reviewed your website, and it appears that the rules are working correctly. For instance, if you set the minimum quantity to 42 in the plugin settings, it will apply to all products and categories.

Since you’re configuring these rules for specific products, they should work as expected.

If you can provide more specific information or detailed steps, it would be easier for us to replicate and address any issues you might be experiencing.

    Thanks

Yes, I set the minimum quantity and step for each product separately, because they are different. If you go to the page https://trade37.ru/shop/, then the minimum quantity for all products is indicated correctly (appears when you hover over the photo of the product), and if you scroll to the second page (dynamic loading), the address will change to https:// trade37. ru/shop/2, then the minimum quantity of products on the second page will be 1, and not 42. Look at the screenshot and video, I noted the problem:

P.S. The minimum quantity is correctly displayed in the product card.

    Hi @alter711,

Thank you for sharing this information. The issue you’ve described is related to the use of AJAX on your website rather than being a problem with our plugin. The minimum quantity and step for each product seem to be set up correctly.

To address this issue, you may need to review and potentially modify the AJAX functionality on your website. You might want to consider working with a developer who is experienced with AJAX and dynamic content loading to ensure the minimum quantity for products.

Thank you for using our plugin.
