    WP adds the p tags. Try inserting a blank line in your post(s) where it says there is no closing tag.

    but there aren’t any p tags in the code.. i’m not completely sure why it would do this? Any ideas?

    Huh? You’ve got plenty of <p> tags. And you’ve got them nested incorrectly and the </form> closing tag is in the wrong place, which is causing the validation errors. I’ve pastebinned a version of your code that’s valid:

    i didnt know that about the p tags, and im in need to brush up on validity.. thanks alot
