There is another plugin (wpforms-lite) on your page that loads a new copy of the jquery.validate.min.js file, overwriting the texts of our plugin. For testing, please, go to the settings page of the plugin, tick the “Allows to access the forms directly” checkbox, and press the “Update” button.

Once you did it, try to access the form’s page directly:
