validation problems

I need help getting new unaltered wordpress install to validate without errors.

there is a problem with ( attribute “role” ) Does anyone know how I can modify the code so validation returns no errors.

on reading the posts this seems to be a bug in WordPress yet I can find no definitive answer on how to fix it.
