One of our clients pointed out some issues with the new organizer’s form.
Users cannot submit a community event successfully if they input like https://www.XXX.com on the “Website” starting form (“https://” or “https://” are acceptable) and the site just scrolls back to the organizer section and highlighting Phone and Email after clicking submission. As a new user, just jumping back to the section without a message makes it difficult to understand why they cannot submit the form.

As I tried to add “required” to the organizer details, it works only when the field is empty. It’s not for an incorrect input format.

Also, users can input anything in the Phone and Email forms. There is no specific validations when they add the wrong format.

Is there any way to add some validation messages to the area?

    Hi Guga,
    Thank you for your reply.
Actually, I created the support ticket from our account.
However, the person didn’t give any helpful solution and he is the one suggested me to ask the question on this forum unfortunately.

OK. I will try to create the ticket again.
Hopefully, someone could help about the issue.

    Thanks!
