Validation Message

  • All fields are required and it will not add to cart unless you fill them all out, HOWEVER it gives no error message, it just refreshes the page. Also the ‘Edit in Cart’ feature is not working.

    Hi, I checked your page, everything is OK, but you haven’t given any Validation Message on any fields configuration, Please visit Fields Factory -> Product Fields -> Your Fields Group Post and edit each fields and Give a valid error message on each Message config.

    You could also try the Client Side Validation (If you want), Fields Factory -> Settings in there Enable Client Side Validation.

    Hey. Thank you! that did the trick. The only odd thing is that when I click submit now without filling in a required field, the message flashes but then the page refreshes a few seconds later and you lose any information you had filled in? Is there a way to correct this?
