Validation from Date

    Hi.
    Ive got a problem with the validation of the date.

    I have insert the follow code:
    [date* geburstag minlength:8 maxlength:10 date-format:dd.mm.yyyy placeholder “dd.mm.yyyy”]

    But it doesn’t give a error for length or for the wrong format. What can i do?
