Validation for a invite registration form from a predefined list

Hi, does anyone know of a plugin that can validate an email from a predefined list of emails and therefore reject any email address that is not on the list.

So this is how I need it to work:
1) Email goes out to the predefined list of people.
2) The email will have a link to the register page with acceptance.
3) Once they accept the email will check that it is in the predefined list.
4) Only one registration per email registrant.

Let me know if anyone knows of a plugin or a way to code this.
