    Hello,

    On the first attempt the form has no errors and it looks like it’s worked, but I’m not receiving any emails (tried several), then if I click on the form again (in pop up) it says “Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.”, but the forms are filled out correctly.

    To see the form you need to click on any read more buttons in the first 3 columns, a pop up window will appear… https://mediaworldwide.co.uk/perfect-storm/ams-three/resources/

    Hi @carterkay,

    I do not find any problem in the plugin code. we may need to check the theme how the FORM rendered in your page.
