Validation errors always occurre

What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

The theme is DIVI

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet, and Yoast SEO.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Switched to the default theme and deacitvated plugins as suggested.
The forms still give a validation error message.

Validation errors is the notification that appears right after submitting the form. In the form there are no highlighted items to indicate which filed is generating a validation error. Is this the end of support?
My advice for the owner will be to disable the contactform7 plugin and use the build in form tool from DIVI
