validation error

Hi,
I have used your great plugin Contact Form 7 many times.
I have an issue with a one line where I use check boxes. I fill the required check box but I still get validation error “please fill in the required field”.Would you please have a look? The site is under construction link https://www.test.goromacatering.com and the form in under the “careers” page.
