Validated both ways but only works one direction

I have two sites connected but it only shares one direction. This site works fine with taking logins: https://workoneindy.com/network/, but this site https://training.workoneindy.com won’t take the shared login info. When I check the backend, it says everything is validating both ways correctly on both sites. I’ve disconnected from training.workoneindy.com and substituted for another site to see if it would work and it did. So it must be something on training.workoneindy.com that’s causing the issue. I’ve turned off all the plugins but yours and it still doesn’t work. Could it be because it’s a subdomain or something? Is it a themes issue? I’m pretty stumped. Thanks for any help you can provide.
