Validate Contact Form 7 Configuration message

    After I update the plugin I getting the message
    Misconfiguration leads to mail delivery failure or other troubles. Validate your contact forms now. ? Validate Contact Form 7 Configuration
    and it not disappear after I click the link and there is circle icon with 1 near the “contact” link on the admin
    I got a message that I need to check the form, I checked it and it is good.
    How do I remove the message?

  • Yeah, that was a bit much, deleting all the posts… Also I don’t think there is a need to ask @bob-reeves @mstudioil to start new threads – they started the conversation and I joined it. So I should be blamed – according to these rules. No idea why someone would need to start another thread for the same issue, it’ll only add clutter…

    LOL! My mistake, I should be telling you to start a new thread!

    That also explains the missing posts, the moderator would erase all the posts except those of the thread originator user.

    @mstudioil apologies, did you manage to resolve your issue?

    I am very sorry for having caused this mess – but 4.11.6 seems to have fixed the issue! Whooohooo!!! ?? I think there’s no need to create a new thread now anymore.

    Just for the records: the issue I was highlighting was related/the same root cause as @mstudioil’s, what’s the point of creating a duplicate thread? I am still learning the rule of this forum, so forgive me for not knowing better.
