Valid Hosting Plugin – Connect To Stripe

I have successfully connected stripe to my website. The connection test indicates it was successful. However, I am unable to activate live because there was a message that said “A valid hosting plugin is required in order to proceed with the plugin configuration. Please contact your hosting provider for further details.” I contacted hostgator support, and they said it is a wordpress issue. They were going to get some expert from wordpress to contact me but they have not. The plugin installed are Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce , WooCommerce Stripe Gateway, YITH PayPal Payments for WooCommerce Extended and YITH Stripe Payments for WooCommerce.
