Valid email marking spam submission

Hi ClearnTalk Team,
One week ago I have purchased the Clean Talk premium plugin. The main purpose was to block spam submission. But it’s blocking validation submission as well. Which unbearable. For time being I have deactivated this plugin. Please address this issue that how your robot detects email that it’s valid or not? Please entertain this token at the highest priority.
