• The whole process works properly, but when the client tries to apply the emailed coupon code they get the following error “Please enter a valid email at checkout to use coupon code”

I thought it might be a woocommerce error but I created a coupon with the same email restrictions and it works just fine.

I’m aware of the email restrictions of each coupon. Please assist, we have been dealing with this for a long time know

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Looks like you disable our plugin. For the reported matter – Please check the email address. The address which the coupon code was sent to and the email in the billing address on the Checkout page must be one.

    Best regards.

I disabled the plugin because it was causing too many issues for my customers.

I’m aware that the email needs to match in both cases; however, even when I copy and paste the email address and coupon code directly from the WooCommerce coupon section, the same error message still pops up.

I need a solution as soon as possible, if the pro version is needed just say it

No, you don’t need premium plugin to make features available in free plugin works. However, since the issue doesn’t occur on our site, I would need to check it on yours. Can you please open a ticket on this Support Forum?
