Valid Cookie times

Hi,
I have been looking for this option for so long.
I would like to know what are the valid Cookie Time values under Cookie Settings of a popup.
By Default, I see “1 month” with instruction “Enter a plain english time before cookie expires.”
But I would like to enter options like 4 hours, 2 days. Will they work as expected?
I can’t find details about this in the plugin description. If you could document it with some examples. it would be a great help!
