vairables not working

using Version 1.2.3

I just double tested it and all variables work fine here. Is anyone else here having this problem? I can’t even imagine how they wouldn’t be working – the email message contains the same that is on the screen.

but Let me clarify more.

there is a problem with the variables that make them unreadable with certain attempts to take the quiz

for example …. I tried a quiz for several times from different IP addresses and it recorded the results few times only

all ids with the green circles: I didn’t receive their answers in the email and also didn’t record answers in the database … but ids with red circle I have received their answers in the email and also in the database as shown in this screenshot of wp_chained_results

also in the interface of the plugin it doesn’t record the ids with green one as shown:

I use some CSS to alter the plugin form but nothing on function

In the last few attempts for the quiz I used the same answers for all the attempts.

These records looks like not completed. You can send live URL so we can check if there are any visible errors.
