    G’day lamyju,

I created a simple test form and attempted to run a transaction through with the sample card number 4444333322221111, and it passed the authorisation step (i.e. it failed with Transaction failed (D4458) which you get when using the sample card number on the live gateway)

I temporarily changed your eWAY settings to my sandbox settings, and successfully processed a transaction. I’ve changed the settings back now.

You’ll find the test form on a private page called eWAY Test. After you’ve tried it yourself, you can delete this page and the test form.

When you say, “you can see the preview form which is where I’m testing right now”, do you literally mean the Gravity Forms preview? That won’t get you a successful transaction. You will need to add the form to a real page or post, and test from the front end.

    cheers,
    Ross

    Hi Ross,

I see, just did a test now and it works well D4458.

Correct, I was testing via the GForm preview because the form I had had dropdowns product and there was a conflict failing to make the price calculation works.

Thanks for the support and I’ll make sure we get your PRO version of this plugin to thank you.

    Cheers

No worries. I might see if I can support Preview mode someday, but not this week I think.

    cheers,

    Hey mate,

Me again, this task was on hold until now!

I have a form with gravity form and eway but it never shows any errors when submitting it. It shows the “thank you” message when using the prod settings and typing the 4444333322221111 credit card.

I’m wondering if it could be the theme itself as I ran tests on different themes and it was working as expected. Could you have a look yourself and let me know?

Happy to give you access again and also eway access.

    Let me know.

    Cheers

    Hi Again,

Ok I’ve worked out the issue.

It works with the following fields:
    name
    email
    product with a set price
    credit card

It doesn’t work when having a multiple products with qty.

    Cheers

    G’day lamyju,

Could you please export your form and send it to me at support (at) webaware.com.au? I’d like to test your form to see why it doesn’t work.

    cheers,
    Ross

Problem was a conflict with T2T Toolkit. Resolved in next release.
