v5.3.2 PDF Packing Slip broken

    I just processed an order to ship and the PDF packing slip generation is broken. The logo for my site is giant and covers the content of the packing slip. I tried turning off the header for packing slips but it generated the same way afterward when I manually deleted and re-created it.

    PDF Invoice, using the same exact logo image in the header, is fine.

    It even puts the giant logo on the page when header is disabled for Packing Slip AND the header image link is blank.

    Edit: I even blanked all the header image link boxes in settings and it’s still there on the packing slip.

    Here is the invoice. It looks correct.

    Here is the packing slip. It is broken.

    Can you please try to make a backup of your PDF settings and then click on the red button “Reset settings”, at least on your “Page Settings” and “Header” sections ?

    And after that can you please try to add your logo and check again?

    I hadn’t looked at the Page Settings. The “header image” path was somehow put into the “background image” path. I never had it there before. It was printing that on the “background” but it was dark black so it was covering everything. I seem to be back in business now.
